Return and Exchange Policy

WE WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS, WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDITS IF ITEM IS RETURNED.

EXCHANGES ARE WELCOME , CUSTOMER MUST  FIRST CONTACTING US.

All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving your order in original packaged, resell-able condition with order number.

Send your hair back to us in the original box.

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless, if the default was made by Her Royal Hair.

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void.  We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut).

Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles or removing the rubber bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction.  If you are unsure, please show your stylist.

If it’s determined that Her Royal Hair is the party at fault, we shall refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.

SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALES. There will be no refunds. Exchanges on sale items purchased are accepted if packaged is return in it original packaging and not alternated .

We do not refund or exchange items because your package did not arrive on time.
